There are boards not included by default. Adding and reordering boards can be done by long pressing on the list of boards.

- Fixed a crash when viewing PDF files in the gallery
- Duplicate saved files can be renamed correctly
- No longer partially clears cache on app start (cache management is handled elsewhere)
