You can use OruxMaps Mod APK for outdoor activities. A map viewer that can be used both online and offline.

The app supports a variety of map formats including GeoPDF, GeoTIFF maps from the USGS Store, .ozf2, .img Garmin (vectors only; full support not provided), and .mbtiles.

This program can be used as a WMS and WMTS online map viewer. You can access online maps from the application. Save online maps to your device for offline use. Not all online maps are currently available for download. If you can’t find the option to download the map, consider choosing another source instead.

Supports a variety of external devices including ANT+, bike cadence and speed, heart rate monitors (including Bluetooth Smart 4.0 devices), external GPS (speed, cadence, heart rate, distance, bike power, temperature).
